The massage and your aftercare
A lymphatic massage uses light, slow, sweeping movements to encourage the skin's natural drainage. It helps to reduce puffiness and is kind to skin that should not be overworked.
Afterwards, keep all of the products on your skin and avoid putting on make-up for the rest of the day. Drink plenty of water, and wear an SPF if your appointment is in the daytime. In the evening, follow the gentle routine Samantha advises for you.
