It starts with a consultation. Before any product touches your face, Samantha asks about your skin, your routine, your lifestyle and what you would like to change. She then looks closely at your skin, because how it behaves this week matters more than a label like dry or oily.
Your facial is tailored on the day. Samantha is a certified Skin Rocks Pro Partner, so she works with Skin Rocks by Caroline Hirons skincare and chooses the facial, the products and the massage to suit what she finds. If your skin needs calming rather than brightening, that is what it gets.
You leave with home care advice. Good skin is built between appointments, so every client goes home with clear, personal guidance: what to keep using, what to stop and what would make the biggest difference. There is no pressure to buy anything.

No. Book the Skin Rocks Facial and Samantha will recommend the right one once she has seen your skin.
Should I arrive without make-up?
Come as you are. Your facial begins with a thorough cleanse, so there is no need to remove anything beforehand.
How long should I allow?
A Skin Rocks Facial is 75 minutes including your consultation, and the Express Facial is 45 minutes.
